Within all of us lies a wisdom to heal and be well. Oftentimes the reason why we don`t heal or feel our best, is because we don`t know how to get out of our own way. Reasons can be unhealthy habits, conditioned negative thoughts or simply being unaware: Hindrances we create for ourselves!


In this wellness course, you will learn wholesome tools to improve and protect your health, discover the importance of mindfulness and how to listen and respect the subtle signals our bodies and minds are so often sending us - signs that something is out of balance and needs attention, asking us to make changes such as slowing down and making time to take better care of ourselves - BEFORE we become ill.
This class is designed for anyone who would like to improve their overall well-being, learn about healthy ways to manage stress, sleep, exercise, diet or explore personal growth through self- awareness practices.
